Bill Gates on Education

This quotation is attributed to Bill Gates:
Twenty years ago would you rather have been a B-student in Poughkeepsie or a genius in Shanghai? And today?

Poughkeepsie is a small town in New York State. After watching 2 Million Minutes how would you answer Bill Gates' question?

I may still want to be in Poughkeepsie school. Doing all of these activities and achieving well in school is a great challenge.

Because of competitiveness going on now for tomorrow's jobs, high achievement is a must. Grades are an old-fashioned evil: they are not enough to equip you with the right tools to compete efficiently.
